- 3 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Mix together the sour cream, milk, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread half of the sour cream mixture over the potatoes, then sprinkle with half of each cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, sour cream mixture, and cheeses.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
