- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Prepare the turkey: Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat it dry.
- Make the marinade: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the turkey: Rub the spice mixture generously over the turkey breast.
- Marinate: Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for hours or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the turkey: Place the turkey in a baking dish and pour chicken broth around it. Cover with aluminum foil.
