Description

A comforting twist on the classic Sloppy Joe, featuring flavorful Cajun seasoned ground chicken served on hamburger buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of cooking oil.
  2. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet.
  3. Sauté until softened.
  4. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
