- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell generously with the chicken mixture.
- Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
