Description

Cozy and comforting Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Shells filled with a spicy chicken mixture and topped with gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell generously with the chicken mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
