Instructions

  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy and pale.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently to avoid crushing them.
  6. Combine the brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon in a small bowl for the crumble topping. Cut in the butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a prepared baking sheet and sprinkle the crumble topping generously.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cookies look set.
