A delightful no-bake dessert featuring creamy layers and fresh blueberries, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 2 cups of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Layer the graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of the blueberry mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Cover your creation and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight if possible.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional blueberries.
Notes
This dessert tastes even better the next day. Use a warm knife for clean slices.
