Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring creamy layers and fresh blueberries, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 2 cups of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  3. In another bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  4. Layer the graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of the blueberry mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream cheese mixture on top.
  7. Cover your creation and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight if possible.
  8. Serve chilled, garnished with additional blueberries.

Notes

This dessert tastes even better the next day. Use a warm knife for clean slices.
