Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the marinated steak bites in a single layer and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Once browned, add in the sliced bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Marinate steak overnight for enhanced flavor. Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
