Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
  • 4 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Stir in the cabbage, bell pepper, and onion, and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Pour in the hoisin sauce, peanut sauce, and soy sauce, stirring to combine and coat the beef and vegetables.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

Consider adding red pepper flakes for a bit of heat or sprinkle with crushed peanuts for crunch. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
