- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Stir in the cabbage, bell pepper, and onion, and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the hoisin sauce, peanut sauce, and soy sauce, stirring to combine and coat the beef and vegetables.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
