Description
A quick and easy pizza made with tender shredded chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese, and fresh cilantro, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 2 pieces Flatbread
- 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Brush the tops of the flatbreads with olive oil.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
Make-Ahead: Prep the chicken and sauce mixture a day ahead. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
