Description

A quick and easy pizza made with tender shredded chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese, and fresh cilantro, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pieces Flatbread
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Brush the tops of the flatbreads with olive oil.
  4. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

Make-Ahead: Prep the chicken and sauce mixture a day ahead. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
