Description

A healthier twist on classic orange chicken, baked to perfection with a sweet and tangy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Panda Express Orange Chicken Copycat Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl and mix well until smooth.
  3. Add the chicken chunks to the bowl and toss to coat each piece evenly.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the Panda Express Orange Chicken Copycat Sauce over the chicken evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Marinate the chicken ahead of time for deeper flavors. Swap chicken breast for thighs for a richer taste.
