- 1 cup Panda Express Orange Chicken Copycat Sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the olive oil, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl and mix well until smooth.
- Add the chicken chunks to the bowl and toss to coat each piece evenly.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour the Panda Express Orange Chicken Copycat Sauce over the chicken evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Marinate the chicken ahead of time for deeper flavors. Swap chicken breast for thighs for a richer taste.
