Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over it.
  4. Start from one edge and roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  5. Wrap the tortilla log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Unwrap the pinwheel and use a sharp knife to slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Arrange them on a serving platter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
