A delightful twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich that combines crispy turkey bacon, creamy guacamole, and gooey cheddar cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of cooked turkey bacon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Mash the avocado and mix it with lime juice, salt, and pepper to make your guacamole.
- Place a slice of cheese on one slice of bread, followed by the crispy turkey bacon, and spread the guacamole on top.
- Top with another slice of cheese.
- Put the second slice of bread on top to create a sandwich.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare the guacamole a few hours in advance to save time. Use thicker slices of bread for a crispier sandwich.
