Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray the metal insert of your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Add cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Toss everything until well-coated.
  4. Spread sweet potatoes in an even layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.

Notes

For make-ahead magic, peel and cube sweet potatoes a day in advance and store in water. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
