Description

Crispy and golden air fryer spring rolls packed with nutritious veggies, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a crowd-pleasing appetizer.


Ingredients

  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Shredded carrots
  • Beansprouts
  • Cabbage (shredded)
  • Green onions (sliced)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded carrots, beansprouts, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and add a spoonful of filling in the center.
  3. Fold the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray the spring rolls with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

Make the filling ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to two days. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
