  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Dip each chicken tender first in the flour, coating it lightly.
  4. Then, dip it into the egg, allowing it to get a lovely sheen.
  5. Finally, coat each tender in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer in the basket.
