Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten egg.
  4. Press the egg-coated chicken into the breadcrumb mixture to coat it thoroughly.

  6. Place the breaded chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
