Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, until they are bright green and slightly tender.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil in a small bowl. Pour this savory sauce over the broccoli.
- Stir well to coat the broccoli in the sauce, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
