Ingredients

- 4 cups spring greens (such as arugula, spinach, or mixed greens)
- 2 medium oranges, segmented
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup candied pecans
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the spring greens, orange segments, and pomegranate seeds. Toss them together!
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper to create a zesty dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Top the salad with crumbled feta cheese and candied pecans before serving.
