Description

A cozy twist on comfort food that skips the dough for a creamy, golden crust.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Your favorite sauce (tomato, alfredo, pesto, etc.)
  • A selection of your favorite toppings (pepperoni, veggies, olives, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, eggs, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto a greased pizza pan to form a crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until lightly golden and firm.
  5. Remove from the oven and spread your favorite sauce over the crust. Top with your chosen toppings.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until toppings are bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
