Description

Indulgent cookies filled with crushed Oreos and chocolate chips, evoking warm childhood memories.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chip cookies
  • Blue food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy and smooth.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and blue food coloring if desired.
  5. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, and mini chocolate chip cookies.
  7. Drop tablespoons of dough onto your prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centers are soft.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

You can prepare the dough ahead of time and freeze it for up to three months. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week.
