Instructions
- Wash the romaine lettuce, chop it into bite-sized pieces, and place in a large salad bowl.
- Dice the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl, along with the cucumbers, red onion, bell pepper, and radishes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
