Description

A vibrant and refreshing salad made with fresh vegetables and a tangy dressing, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 bell pepper (any color)
  • 56 radishes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the romaine lettuce, chop it into bite-sized pieces, and place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Dice the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl, along with the cucumbers, red onion, bell pepper, and radishes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
