- 1 package graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Start by crumbling the graham crackers and mixing them with the melted butter. When thoroughly combined, press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Now, fold in 1 cup of whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Gently spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer the sliced strawberries generously on top.
- Spread the remaining whipped cream over the strawberries.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
