Description

A creamy, no-bake dream featuring fresh strawberries and light whipped cream, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Start by crumbling the graham crackers and mixing them with the melted butter. When thoroughly combined, press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Now, fold in 1 cup of whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Gently spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Layer the sliced strawberries generously on top.
  6. Spread the remaining whipped cream over the strawberries.
  7. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
