Ingredients

  • 200g noodles (e.g., rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced chicken breasts to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and honey. Pour this mixture over the chicken, coating it well.
  6. Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to combine with the chicken and sauce.
  8. Drizzle with sesame oil and mix again.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
