- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into oval patties, about 1-inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly brown the patties on both sides.
- Place the browned patties in the slow cooker.
- Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, soy sauce, and mushrooms in a separate bowl.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the patties, covering them generously.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
- Serve warm over mashed potatoes or with steamed vegetables, garnished with fresh parsley.
