Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, letting it bubble gently.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about a minute.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, 6-8 minutes per side.
- Add the green beans to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the garlic butter sauce.
- Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the green beans are tender.
