Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Doritos
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • Avocado slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  3. Combine the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, rinsed black beans, corn, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
  4. Add the cooked meat and Doritos to the salad mixture.
  5. Drizzle with sour cream and salsa, then toss gently to combine.
  6. Top with avocado slices if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
