- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Avocado slices (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- Combine the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, rinsed black beans, corn, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
- Add the cooked meat and Doritos to the salad mixture.
- Drizzle with sour cream and salsa, then toss gently to combine.
- Top with avocado slices if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
