Description

Delicious and nutritious roasted cabbage steaks that are crispy on the edges and tender on the inside, perfect for a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet, spaced out evenly.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over both sides and season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve hot, optionally topped with cheese or lemon juice.
