Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon zest, milk, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir until just combined; the batter should be smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped pistachios, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is beautifully golden.
  6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
