- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add onions and bell peppers, sautéing until soft and fragrant.
- Add the thinly sliced steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is beautifully browned and cooked through.
- Layer the cauliflower florets in a casserole dish, then the steak mixture, and generously top with provolone cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
