Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add onions and bell peppers, sautéing until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the thinly sliced steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is beautifully browned and cooked through.
  4. Layer the cauliflower florets in a casserole dish, then the steak mixture, and generously top with provolone cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
