Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the cauliflower rice, followed by the steak and veggie mixture.
