- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a baking dish, layer the cauliflower rice, followed by the steak and veggie mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese, allowing it to melt into a bubbly layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
