Description

A creamy and tender chicken breast recipe that’s perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This dish can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge until ready to bake. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
