Ingredients

- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 4 tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped red onion and sauté until softened.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Remove from heat and mix in crumbled feta and shredded mozzarella.
- Place the mixture on a tortilla, fold it in half, and cook on a skillet until crispy and golden on both sides.
- Slice and serve warm.
