Whimsical Lucky Charms Treats, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, featuring marshmallows and colorful chocolate.
Ingredients

- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 22 ounces miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 4 drops green food coloring
Instructions
- Butter the bottom of a 9×13 pan with 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
- Melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour the miniature marshmallows over the melted butter and mix to coat.
- Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds; stir and heat for another 30 seconds until smooth.
- Gradually pour the Lucky Charms cereal into the marshmallow mixture and mix gently.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased pan and press evenly.
- Cool in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Cut the treats into 20-24 squares.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in another bowl for 45 seconds; stir and repeat until smooth.
- Add the green food coloring and stir to combine.
- Dip the bottom of each treat into the green chocolate and place upside down on wax paper to cool.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to customize with rainbow sprinkles or peanut butter for added flavor.
