- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 8 low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add a generous portion of the chicken mixture, and roll it tightly to form a taquito.
- Arrange the rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with additional ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
Notes
Make these taquitos in advance and bake right before serving. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
