A healthier take on the classic Big Mac flavors, this Keto Big Mac Salad is low-carb, hearty, and satisfying, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Lettuce
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped onions
  • Pickle chips

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, dill pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to create your creamy Big Mac dressing. Set this aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart until it’s browned and thoroughly cooked. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, place a bed of crisp lettuce.
  4. Layer on the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and pickle chips.
