Instructions
- Whisk together the juice of two limes, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a zesty marinade.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes to soak up all those wonderful flavors.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and let it warm up for a few minutes.
- Grill the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until it’s fully cooked and has those beautiful grill marks.
- Place the halved avocados and fresh tomatoes on the grill in the last 2 minutes to warm them slightly.
- Serve the juicy grilled chicken alongside the warm avocados and tomatoes, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
