Description

Delicious sliders with grilled chicken, crispy turkey bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes, all drizzled with a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices of turkey bacon
  • 4 slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together honey and Dijon mustard to create a honey mustard sauce.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook chicken on the grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Add turkey bacon to the grill, cooking until crispy.
  6. Toast the slider buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Assemble the sliders with grilled chicken, turkey bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices.
  8. Drizzle remaining honey mustard sauce over the top before serving.

Notes

For a twist, add avocado or pickles, and store leftover sliders in an airtight container for up to three days.
