Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, shredded chicken, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined, ensuring every bite is full of flavor.
