Delicious gluten-free mini bagels made easily in an air fryer, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add the plain yogurt into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. It should be soft and slightly sticky.
- Dust your hands with a little gluten-free flour, then divide the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and shape them into bagels.
- Coat each bagel in everything bagel seasoning, pressing gently to help it stick.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, making sure there’s a little space between each. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
- Serve warm, and enjoy as a snack or appetizer that everyone will love!
