Description

A comforting side dish featuring crispy, golden potato wedges seasoned with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, aiming for a uniform size.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring each piece has room for air circulation.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with additional parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add Cajun seasoning. You can also try fresh herbs or ranch seasoning for different flavors.
