- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings sauce
- 1 pound pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the Buffalo Wild Wings sauce over the top.
- Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Once the chicken is done, shred it with two forks and return it to the crockpot, mixing it with the delicious sauce.
- Fold in the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese until everything is beautifully combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley to add a burst of color and flavor!
