Description

A comforting Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta dish that’s creamy, zesty, and perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings sauce
  • 1 pound pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the Buffalo Wild Wings sauce over the top.
  2. Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender.
  4. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. Once the chicken is done, shred it with two forks and return it to the crockpot, mixing it with the delicious sauce.
  6. Fold in the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese until everything is beautifully combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley to add a burst of color and flavor!
