Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare the meatloaf mixture a day in advance and refrigerate overnight.
