Description

A cozy and flavorful twist on traditional meatloaf, made with ground chicken, garlic, and parmesan.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

You can prepare the meatloaf mixture a day in advance and refrigerate overnight.
