A warm, gooey sandwich flavored with garlic butter and melted cheese, perfect for a cozy meal.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of your favorite bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices butter-side down in a skillet and add half the cheese blend on each slice.
- Top with the other slices of bread, butter-side up.
- Heat a skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use low heat for best results and make garlic butter ahead of time. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
