Description

A warm, gooey sandwich flavored with garlic butter and melted cheese, perfect for a cozy meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices butter-side down in a skillet and add half the cheese blend on each slice.
  4. Top with the other slices of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Heat a skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use low heat for best results and make garlic butter ahead of time. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
