Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms and sauté until softened.
  3. Mix the sautéed mixture with cream cheese, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mushroom mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
