- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms and sauté until softened.
- Mix the sautéed mixture with cream cheese, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mushroom mixture.
- Place the stuffed breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
