Description

A health-conscious twist on classic buffalo wings, this Easy Buffalo Cauliflower is perfectly spicy, creamy, and a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the sauce mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
