Description

Delightfully chewy Easter M&M cookies that are perfect for spring celebrations. Easy to make and family-friendly!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Easter M&M candies
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the Easter M&M candies and chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoons of cookie dough onto your prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Dough can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
