- 3 packages of Mrs. T’s cheddar pierogies
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Grease the bottom of your crockpot with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Place sliced kielbasa at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer frozen cheddar pierogies evenly over the kielbasa.
- Combine cream cheese with 1 cup of chicken broth in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pierogies.
- Sprinkle the remaining chicken broth over the dish; season with salt and pepper.
- Top with a handful of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir gently before serving to mix ingredients.
Notes
Make-ahead friendly; can substitute kielbasa with smoked turkey sausage and chicken broth with vegetable broth.
