- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
- Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and coat them well. Set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, place the breadcrumbs on a large plate.
- After marinating, roll each chicken tender in breadcrumbs until well coated.
- Arrange the breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve hot, garnished with crumbled feta cheese on top.
Notes
You can marinate the chicken the night before for convenience. Substitute Greek yogurt with sour cream if needed.
