Description

A cozy Southern-inspired salad packed with colorful veggies, creamy dressing, and a crunchy surprise from Fritos.


Ingredients

  • 1 small head of green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small head of purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Fritos corn chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, shredded carrots, Fritos, and chopped green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
