Ingredients

- 1 small head of purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup Fritos corn chips
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, shredded carrots, Fritos, and chopped green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well combined.
