Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cowboy butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, add the cowboy butter. Once melted, add the diced chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the pan and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and lemon juice, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

You can cook the chicken and broccoli ahead of time. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
